Faraona Arrosto

- Ingredients for 6 people: a guinea fowl, butter, salt, pepper, two sticks of rosemary, mince slices of pork, oil.
- Preparation: clean and feather the faraona, then wash it , dry it and salt it.
Stuff it with butter , salt, pepper and some mince cut rosemary.
Roll everything in the slice of pork and oven it in a oiled and buttered pan.
When the faraona is well cooked, free it from the garza di maiale
And serve in a warm plate within its cooking oil.
Advised wine: Cabernet.
